About the Role - Alumni Relations Executive

Job Location- Visakhapatnam & Bengaluru

The Directorate of External Relations is a strategic initiative at GITAM Deemed to be University, which works closely with all academic and functional leaders on campus and our alumni community to forge strong and meaningful relations with industry, corporate, and research leaders in India and abroad.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist in the day-to-day operations of the Alumni Relations initiatives.
• Provide support in maintaining alumni data, coordinating alumni events, and managing alumni communications.
• Assist in the development and implementation of strategies to engage alumni and foster a sense of community.
• Collaborate with other team members to leverage alumni expertise and support for the benefit of the University.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration with alumni.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree with less than 3 years of experience
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Prior experience in community building or related fields is a plus
• Graphic designing skills are a plus for creating visual content
