Academic Operations Associate - Edtech in Delhi (Job Vacancy)

The Role:In this role, you will be working with the academic operations team of thecompany. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include

• Planning batch calendars, faculty calendars and releasing these calendars to studentsand other stakeholders.
• Achieve monthly revenue targets from upselling and referrals from current students.
• Collect course feedback from students and pass on this feedback to the relevantfaculty and head of department.
• Make faculty contracts, prepare invoices of billing
• Take end-to-end responsibility of student experience and ensure that their queries areresolved immediately
• Work with the marketing and sales team to ensure that the student is able to undergothe program smoothly

CTC: 3.6LPA- 5.5LPA

What all you need?

• Strong communication skills and strong mastery over written and verbal English
• Passion for education is a must.
• Should have demonstrated the ability to multi-task and should be able to work withgreat speed
• Should have demonstrated experience of handling complex problems
• Minimum 1+ years experience in similar roles in education and related industries
