Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Academic Counsellor to join our team at Quantum Innovations. As an Academic Counsellor, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to students in their academic journey. This includes assisting students in choosing appropriate courses, managing their course schedules, and helping them develop effective study skills. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a passion for education, and a strong understanding of the semiconductor domain.

Qualifications And Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Junior: 1 to 3 years of experience in academic counselling
• fair knowledge of the electronics/semiconductor domain
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Demonstrated ability to work with students from diverse backgrounds
• Familiarity with educational software and tools
• Passion for education and helping students succeed
• Dynamic to achieve goals and sales targets
• preferred to have experience in any professional training institution.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Provide academic guidance and support to students
• Assist students in choosing appropriate courses and managing their course schedules
• Help students develop effective study skills and improve their academic performance
• Address any academic concerns or challenges faced by students
• Monitor and track students' progress and provide regular feedback
• Collaborate with faculty and staff to enhance the academic experience for students
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the semiconductor domain
• Organize and conduct workshops, seminars, and events related to academic success
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions and academic progress
• Conducting interview and written test for screening the students
